Brain scans for Phillips neuroimaging studies take place at the MR Research Center, located on the 8th floor of Presbyterian University Hospital. The MR Research Center (MRRC) is a state of the art facility supporting an MR Research Program that includes 12 faculty and 11 support staff. The program is built around development and application of acquisition and image reconstruction schemes for clinical as well as research MRI studies. The Center opened in September 1994 and has access to medical support facilities and staff.
The Mood and Brain Lab is affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. We are located in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh in the Loeffler Building at 121 Meyran Ave. We can be contacted by email at email@example.com or by phone on our research line at 412-383-5177.
The MR Research Center at the University of Pittsburgh is dedicated to the development and application of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) for medical and biological research and is forging new paths in the use of functional MRI to study cognitive, sensory, and motor function in the brain.
